Do you accept private health insurance?

Yes — Kirsty Harris Physiotherapy is registered with most major insurers including AXA, Bupa, Aviva, WPA, Cigna and Healix.

If you are covered by a different insurance provider, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether your policy can be used for treatment.

We also provide fully compliant physiotherapy invoices for patients using cash-back or reimbursement health insurance schemes.

If using private health insurance, please book a Physiotherapy Initial Consultation and bring your authorisation number and policy details to your appointment.

What do I need to bring if I’m using private health insurance?

Please bring:

- Your authorisation number

- Your membership/policy number

- Any referral letters or scan reports if available

Do I need a GP referral?

No — you can book directly without seeing your GP first.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and easy access to the area being assessed.

How long is the initial appointment?

Initial physiotherapy consultations are 60 minutes long to allow time for a detailed assessment and personalised treatment plan.

Where are you based?

Kirsty Harris Physiotherapy is based in Welford, near Newbury, with free on-site parking available.
